Delivery & Returns

ALL ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED THE SAME DAY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY (mainland UK)

Orders received by 4pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched same day via DPD

Carriage paid orders will be sent on a 24 hour consignment for delivery the next working day (Mainland UK Only)

Local customs charges may apply on orders shipped outside of Mainland UK. These fees are government related and out of Rhinegold Equestrians control. Rhinegold Equestrian are not responsible for these fees.

Returns

Non-Faulty Items

Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund (Postage at customer cost).

Faulty Items

Please email sales@rhinegoldequestrian.co.uk with details of faulty items for a Returns Form. Please include your name, order number and reason for return on your email.

Alternatively please find a downloadable returns form below. Please fill this out with all of the relevant information and enclose in the parcel you are returning.

Christmas Extended Returns

Any orders placed from the 1st November will have an extended returns period until the 20th January.
